The basis of our charges
All of our cost agreements are based on Fixed Fees. We do not offer any other type of fee structure.
Who will work on your case ?
In all instances, your case will be supervised by a qualified solicitor. In some instances, we may instruct others to carry out work on your case . In immigration matters, your case will either be handled or supervised by a qualified solicitor or a suitably experienced paralegal (supervised by a qualified solicitor). In some instances, we may instruct a barrister or advocate to conduct work on your case.
In criminal and driving matters, your case will be conducted by a qualified solicitor. We may instruct a barrister or other advocate if necessary.
Disbursements & Expenses
Your case may require disbursements (eg Home office fees) and expenses. At the outset we will advise of the likely disbursements and expenses you are likely to incur.

All of the figures quoted here are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20%
