A working day is defined as between Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. A working day is from 9am - 5pm. Where a request is received out of these hours, it will be treated as having received the next working day.
A "follow up" allows you to answer a one further question in response to the answer you have received within 24 hours. Any follow up outside of this time, will require opting for a new question. A follow up response will be sent within 24 hours of the query.
